YOUR MISSION
IS OUR MISSION

Our team not only has deep experience across local, state, and federal government entities, but we’ve also worked intimately with cutting-edge technologies, navigated the highs and lows of start-ups, and driven capital projects from concept to completion. With Civic Forge, clients gain an ‘in-house’ advantage without the overhead.

A Track Record of Success

We’ve applied this in-house ethos, process, and capability set to an array of companies and projects, helping businesses go further and get there faster.

Conor Duggan

FOUNDER & CEO

Conor has spent his career at the intersection of government, business, technology, and community. He’s passionate about leveraging areas of public-private alignment to solve problems – bringing people together and turning innovative technologies, projects, and ideas into reality. Across an array of experiences, Conor has observed the transformative power of in-house government affairs teams to enable these solutions, but he has also witnessed firsthand the challenges of building these teams within rapidly evolving organizations. He founded Civic Forge to offer companies a more agile, effective way to manage government engagement, mitigate risks, and capitalize on opportunities.

  • Conor has worked in a range of diverse industrial sectors including energy, clean technology, mining, natural resources, heavy duty vehicles, transportation, space, and aviation. His experience spans start-ups, large-scale enterprises, and government agencies, giving him a unique perspective on navigating the interests of both public and private entities.

Conor received a B.S. in Political Science from Santa Clara University. When he’s not helping clients, you can find him hitting the trails/slopes of the Cascade Mountains – depending on the season. As a native Washingtonian, he’s also an avid student of Pacific Northwest history and will happily regale anyone with the tale of the San Juan Pig War.
